Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jiffy Health Rx platform ("Platform"), operated by Allsource Management Incorporated ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Jiffy Health Rx is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers for virtual consultations, prescription management, lab result tracking, and ongoing care coordination. The Platform facilitates the relationship between patients and providers but does not itself provide medical services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor child as their parent or legal guardian, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so. The Platform is available to patients located in states where our providers are licensed to practice.

4. Provider Relationship

Healthcare providers on the Platform are independently licensed professionals who deliver clinical care under their own medical licenses. Jiffy Health Rx provides the technology platform and administrative infrastructure. The Company is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. The provider-patient relationship exists directly between you and your assigned provider.

5. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for services are displayed before you complete a purchase. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Fees are subject to change with advance notice. See our Refund & Dispute Policy for details on refunds.

7. HIPAA Compliance

The Platform is designed to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All protected health information (PHI) is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all third-party service providers that handle PHI. See our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with any third party

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Company is not responsible for the clinical decisions or medical advice provided by healthcare providers on the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Platform does not replace emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
