Overview

Jiffy Health Rx, operated by Allsource Management Incorporated, provides telehealth consultation and treatment management services. This policy outlines our refund and dispute procedures.

No Refunds After Services Are Rendered

Once a telehealth consultation has been conducted or treatment management services have been provided, fees are non-refundable. This includes consultation fees and per-visit fees for services that have been delivered.

Because our services are provided electronically and in real time by licensed healthcare providers, they cannot be "returned" once delivered. Payment constitutes compensation for the provider's time, expertise, and the use of the Platform.

When a Refund May Be Considered

In limited circumstances, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion, including:

  • A technical failure on our part that prevented the delivery of a scheduled service
  • A duplicate or erroneous charge
  • A charge for services that were not actually rendered

Refund requests for these situations must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@jiffyhealthrx.com with the following information:

  • Your name and the email address associated with your account
  • The date and amount of the charge in question
  • A description of the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, we encourage you to contact us directly at info@jiffyhealthrx.com before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution, we may provide documentation of services rendered in response to the dispute. Unresolved disputes may result in suspension of your account until the matter is resolved.
